I can honestly say, one of my least favourite tasks was cleaning my make up brushes. I would go so far as to say that it was a loathsome task. It used to take planning. You had to ensure that your make up was already on – if you were wearing make up that day and then ensure that you did not need to use a make up brush for at least another 12-14 hours.

I know this all sounds incredibly first-worldy, however, cleaning brushes is essential from a hygiene perspective – and something that should be done VERY regularly. If you don’t find cleaning make up brushes loathsome, then you’re not doing it enough would be my theory.
