A Woman Isn’t Really Dressed, If She Isn’t Wearing a Hat

Tina Hemlock Group

Like most girls, I love a bit of glamour & glitz every now and then. Don’t get me wrong, I love my comfort more – the fact I currently have more satin pyjama’s in my wardrobe than actual clothes would confirm that, but I do love getting dressed up for special ocassions.

I especially love getting dressed for ladies day, as you have the excuse to wear a hat and head off with the girls for a day of fun, fashion and fizz.

I am writing this blog for one of the most wonderful ladies that I know, milliner, Tina Hemlock.

I am fortunate to have Tina as a friend of mine but I do have to say that she is one of the most incredible milliners in the country right now. She has won numerous awards for her talent and skill, but in seriousness, she is just a really kind & genuine person.

Our group were especially proud of her last week as one of her hats won “Best Hat” at the G Hotel for Ladies Day at Galway Races last week.

Tina is based in Kinsale, Co. Cork and she makes bespoke head pieces for all occasions. Whether it is the races, a wedding or a special event, she can design a piece that will complete and give the WOW factor to any outfit.

I am just going to share some of the pieces that I have worn over the last number of years by Tina, and you can contact her here.

Killarney Races Hat

This first piece, I wore to Killarney Races. The dress was from Coast.

I then wore the coloured piece to Bellewstown Races. The dress was LK Bennett along with the shoes and bag.

And the last piece, I wore to Galway Races.
